In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we have established the following cancellation policy:

We encourage you to make your booking in advance to secure your preferred dates. If you do need to cancel, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied based on the date we receive your written notification.

While cancellations are rare, they can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as government regulations or unexpected events. Rest assured, we’re here to assist you through the process and ensure your experience with us remains positive. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests.

We have designed a cancellation policy that is fair, feasible, and convenient for all our customers. The procedure is as follows:

If you cancel your hotel booking 21 or more days before the check-in date, we will deduct 30% towards GST and transaction charges and refund 70% as a hotel voucher valid for 6 months.

If you cancel your hotel booking 15-20 days before the check-in date, we will deduct 50% towards GST, transaction, accommodation, etc., and refund 50% as a hotel voucher valid for 6 months.

If you cancel your hotel booking 7-14 days before the check-in date, we will deduct 70% towards GST, transaction, accommodation, services, etc., and refund 30% as a hotel voucher that is valid for 6 months.

If you cancel your hotel booking 1-6 days before the check-in date, we will deduct 100% as all arrangements have been made, and we are ready to accommodate you.

Terms and Conditions for the Voucher:

The voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

The voucher may be utilized for hotel reservations, contingent upon prior notification of one month. Please note that charges will be assessed in accordance with the prevailing rates corresponding to the respective seasons.
